Day Rental covers the hours of 8am to 8pm with extended hours available upon request
Commitment to the room is based on 3mths or 6mths neg.
Invoices for the room are paid monthly on the 25th of each month and one month in advance

Important to note - 35 Toorak Road is only accessible via stairs and does not have a formal what area. The front door on the street front is locked. This means you will need to meet your clients at the door and walk them up to the space.
